For our assemblies in the third week of Lent, we are going to be reflecting on an inspirational Saint of our Church – St Joseph. Pope Francis declared 2021 as the year of St Joseph, therefore as we approach his feast day on the 19th of March, we thought it important to take some time to enter into the life of St Joseph and think about how we can all embody his courage and love this year, by serving others. We will be especially thinking about how St Joseph does not say a single line of dialogue in the Bible and how that can be reflected in the ‘silent heroes’ of the pandemic that have selflessly given so much of themselves for others.

Each week we produce two assemblies designed for primary school pupils and secondary school students in years 7-9.
