You are invited to join the BCYS, for Monthly Youth Mass

Celebrated on the First Thursday of the Month At Brentwood Cathedral

Each month, on the first Thursday, we invite young people, Youth Groups, Confirmation Groups, School Groups and anyone who wishes to join us to celebrate Mass together with other young Catholics from all around the Diocese.

 

The evening will begin with something to eat in the Parish Hall at 6pm (as we know many of you will come from work, school or far corners of the Diocese!) which will be followed by an hour of different input each month.

This may include speakers, workshops, prayer and worship, Reconciliation or more!

 

We will of course then finish the evening with Youth Mass in the Cathedral at 7:30pm and refreshments back in the Parish Hall, where the evening should finish no later than 9pm.

 

Anyone who wishes is very welcome to bring instruments or sing with our Youth led music group, or if you would like to serve, read, or be involved in the Mass in any way you would be incredibly welcome!

 

Youth Mass for July 2023

Join us for the final Youth Mass of this school year, and before our BCYS pilgrimages to Lourdes and World Youth Day this Summer!

 

Celebrate with us from 6pm, with food, music and a time to relax, celebrate the end of the school year and socialise! Get to know the group you are travelling with, if you are joining us on either trip this Summer, or simply come along to find out what the BCYS and the events and pilgrimage we run are all about!

This will then be followed by Youth Mass in the Cathedral at 7:30pm, with lively and uplifting music, celebrated by Bishop Alan, where the Bishop will bless and commission all those young people travelling on pilgrimages this Summer.
