The Bishops of England and Wales are hosting the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage and Congress in Liverpool in September 2018. Eucharistic Congresses are gatherings of clergy, religious and laity which promote an awareness of the central place of the Eucharist in the life and mission of the Church.

The main congress takes place in the Echo Arena, Liverpool, and includes Bishop Robert Baron, from America, who is well known and highly regarded for his “Word on Fire” Ministry. He is an excellent speaker and will be giving two keynote addresses on Saturday 8th September. There will be a day-long programme including music, other speakers, and Eucharistic Adoration.

If you would like to come, we have 25 tickets available, at a cost of £20, to any young leaders (aged 18 and over) who wish to attend this event. It is a long journey to Liverpool (!) and so we invite you to gather at Walsingham House at Abbotswick at 9pm on Friday 7th September; we will leave at 4.00am on Saturday 8th, returning sometime after midnight on Sunday 9th. We will travel in cars; we may need one more driver so if you could offer a lift please let Fr Dominic know. On returning from Liverpool, everyone will then be welcome to stay at Walsingham House, with breakfast and Mass later on Sunday morning.

Please apply using the link above.
